Sprekenzie Deutsch? A reader is having a language issue with her Facebook feed.
I’m not a regular Facebook user, but occasionally click on postings from friends. Recently, for no reason I can fathom, all their messages are appearing on my screen in German! I have done nothing that I know of to cause this. How do I change it, and how did it happen? Thanks.
Sounds like you might have accidentally clicked in the wrong spot on the page. It’s super easy to fix, though. Open Facebook and click the drop-down arrow by your profile picture and choose Settings and privacy from the menu.
Then choose Language.
You’ll see your Facebook language displayed. If it’s not the language you want, click on it.
Choose the language you want to use.
