Do you know about the Paint program? Well, if you don’t, you should, because it’s very cool! To get to it, go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Paint. A page will appear with a white box. That is your drawing board.

You can use the tools on the left side to create different pictures. Use the File menu to open a new paint window, to save, to print, etc. Use the Edit menu to undo mistakes or to paste a picture from another folder. Use the View menu to work with the tools and colors and the Image menu to change things around in your drawing. You can use the Colors menu to change colors for your painting and there’s a Help menu in case you get stuck on anything else.

You can use the pencil, the paintbrush, the spray can and even insert text if you want. If you mess up, just go to the Image menu and hit Clear Image and start again. It’s really just a fun little program to experiment with. It doesn’t have to be perfect, as you can see from my picture below!

I’m sure some of you can do much better, but I just wanted to make a quick little picture for you all. Try out the Paint program and have some fun today!
