iCloud Updated: Online Notes and Reminders

Do you use Apple’s free iCloud e-mail and cloud service? Well, they’ve recently added the ability to view and edit notes and reminders on the iCloud website.

Want to add your shopping list to your notes? Open up iCloud and type up a new note. Once the note is typed, it’ll automatically sync to any device you have signed in to that iCloud account. Below is a picture of my note being typed on iCloud website.

And here is the note synced automatically to my iPhone

Adding or editing a reminder is as simple as clicking the + to add a reminder or clicking an existing reminder to edit it. Here I’ve added a reminder at 4 PM to stop by the grocery store – as well as a note that my list is in Notes. Once I click done, the reminder will be automatically synched to all of my devices connected to iCloud.

Below is a picture of the Reminder interface on iCloud.com with my new reminder being added.

Apple provides iCloud as a free service for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Mac users, and if you haven’t been using it, now is a great time to give it a try. iCloud’s website also works with Windows and you can connect to your iCloud e-mail using many popular windows e-mail programs, though some of the automatic document sync is only supported using iOS or Mac devices.

  1. Cool site, love the info. I do a lot of research online on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks,
