I’ve received a number of questions about how to forward in Outlook.com. Many who were migrated to Outlook from Hotmail, find the new layout confusing. Here’s how to forward. Go to your inbox and select a message . You can either open the message or just select the check box beside it.

At the top you’ll see Reply with a little arrow beside it. Click the arrow and you’ll see a drop-down menu that allows you to Reply, Reply All or Forward.

Hope that helps.

OK – I know how to forward a letter in Outlook – what I need to know is how to download my mail into my computer…

I have never used anything but outlook express. The tech support agent’s do not seem to like it . But if you ever get use to it you dont want to use anything else.
We need to know how to properly enter contact names into the to, cc, and bcc areas in a timely fashion. The new Outlook is a poorly created program if you ask me, and should be redone or give us a way to get back to the previous mail system. Does WorldStart have a way to back??
tips are very helpful! thank you
You make it easy for some one who is computer literate but us seniors it is complicated. We are not computer literate and some times wonder if you people buy things and instead of leaving it alone you make it all different for us. We also call it frustrated but with no one to help as it is too complicated to reach you. I accidentally hit a button and lost my msn. Took two weeks to get it back so you wonder are we stupid. The answer is no just not computer literate
