Liwa, if you are talking about e-mail messages, it is possible. Of course, at one time or another you’ll need an Internet connection to get your e-mail. If you use an e-mail client like Outlook, the Windows Mail App or Thunderbird, you can download copies of your e-mail messages from your mail server to your computer. You can then then read the messages that were downloaded without an Internet connection.
If you wish to reply to the messages or get more e-mail, you’ll have to connect to the Internet again.
