Margie, the video you watched was made for an earlier version of Chrome. Here’s how to find what you need in the newest version. You are on the right track. You click the 3 black lines to bring up the menu and find Bookmarks. To access the Bookmarks manager, click on Bookmarks for a drop-down menu.
