Thanks for being there for all these years.I do have a question though. I want to put a password on my tablet to keep my grand kids from purchasing apps, but I can’t remember ever seeing your suggestion on how to do it.

Gary, it’s easy to put a password on the Google Play Store for an Android tablet. Open up the Google Play Store on your tablet tap the menu bar.

Then choose Settings.

Tap Require Password for purchases.

You can choose to require a password for all purchases, every 30 minutes or never.

To put password protection on an iPad, go to settings and choose Restrictions.

Select Enable Restrictions and set a Passcode.

Then tap General and Choose Require Password.

Select Immediately.

Your tablet will now require a password before making any app purchases.
