Daniel asks:
How do I insert an image in a message using the Outlook Mobile app?
The Outlook Mobile app is the mobile version of Outlook.com. If you tried to access Outlook.com e-mail via a browser on your phone or tablet, it wouldn’t work very well. Mobile apps are optimized to run well with phones and tablets.
To attach a photo to a new message in the Outlook app, you’ll need to tap the little paperclip icon.
You’ll have the choice between selecting from your documents (don’t worry, that includes photos) or a memory card if you have one in your device.
You’ll then have the choice of choosing an attachment from a file on your phone or from any cloud services you use.
For this example, I will choose the photo gallery.
Select the photo you wish to attach.
It will appear as an attachment on the message.
There’s no option to send the images inline with the photos as part of the message. If you are sending multiple, large images, consider sharing them via OneDrive instead. If you have an Outlook.com account, you already have free OneDrive storage available.
