Ever have AutoFill get out of control? It happened to Cheri. She writes: I am using Windows 7 home, and I have auto fill for my petitions etc.. but recently all kinds of weird numbers and addresses have popped in there, how do I delete them? I have tried but to no avail. Help!!
You don’t say which browser you’re using, but I’ll show you how to clear it all out in Internet Explorer. Click the gear in the upper-right corner of the page and choose Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
Click the Content tab and choose AutoComplete
Choose delete AutoComplete history.
If that doesn’t work, it’s possible that you’ve picked up some malware of some kind. I’d suggest running both an anti-virus and a malware program to see if they find anything.
