Adobe has removed their touch-friendly Photoshop Touch mobile app from app stores. That means users can no longer download the app and there won’t be any further updates.
They say the app should keep functioning on your devices for the forseeable future. If you have an iPad or iPhone, you can still reinstall the app from the cloud if you needed to reset your phone. Users of Android phones or Amazon devices won’t be able to do that.
The company says it is focusing on individual apps such as Photoshop Mix and Photoshop Sketch that bring what they call “core functions” to the mobile user. These apps are only available for iPhone & iPad users, but Adobe promises they are working on new apps for Android.
