Here’s something a lot of you have been asking about for a long time. The popular chat service WhatsApp now has desktop apps available for Windows 8, 8.1, and 10, as well as Mac OS 10.9 and up.
The app allows you to message friends anywhere in the world for free. The app will mirror the phone app, so if you have contacts or conversations on one device, you’ll be able to instantly pick it up on the the other.

WhatsApp Introduces Desktop App Oh no it does not as there is no way to download this app to my desktop only to a phone there in no computer download that I can see on their site.
You can download to any Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 PC. You find the app in the Windows app store. You can download to a Mac as well from the Mac app store.
