The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum created an amazing online exhibit that draws on archival resources to provide information about the Holocaust to students and general audience.
When you arrive at the site you’ll find that you have a lot of navigation options. I recommend browsing the main page and then checking out the section that makes you the most interested first. I started with a film resource, The Path to Nazi Genocide because I was in the mood to watch rather than read during my visit. After that, I checked out the sections on Anne Frank and Sam Reichstein.
In addition to all the featured content on the main page, you’ll find a navigation menu on the right side of the page. It has the following categories: Introduction to the Holocaust, Information for Students, Timeline of Events, Holocaust Encyclopedia, and Holocaust and Related Maps. I recommend always checking out the timeline and map sections when they’re available.
This is a great educational resource. Check it out for yourself today!
