National Geographic put together an amazing site on hummingbirds! They provide seven slow motion videos captured by Anand Varma. Each video captures a different aspect of how the hummingbirds master flight.
What I love is how incredibly detailed these videos are! You can see every minute detail of the hummingbird in flight. Each section comes with explanatory text that shares what’s happing in that particular video but also some of the science behind how they hummingbird accomplishes flight.
