Google Tasks

If you use Gmail, you’ll want to check out the changes Google has made to Google Tasks, the program that helps you keep track of your to-do lists and issues reminders. If you’re not familiar with Tasks, you can find it by opening up your Gmail inbox and looking on the right side. Click on the blue icon to open.

If this is your first time opening, you’ll see a Get Started Screen. Just click on Get started.

To add a task, click the + button.

Just type in the task you need to accomplish and press enter.

To add details to your task, click on the edit icon.

You can add a date and time for the task.

You can also schedule it to repeat.

There’s also an option to add sub-tasks.

Just type them in and press enter.

Just tick items off the list as you complete them.

You can also add details about your task.

You can add as many tasks as you like.

Click the three-dot menu icon for more options.

You can sort items, add reminders, or rename the list.

To create a new list, click the drop-down arrow by a list and choose New list.

All in all, a handy little program to help you stay on task.
