If you have a subscription to Office 365, there’s a way you can preview new features in Word before they’re included in the standard edition. Here’s how.
Start by opening Word. Look up at the top.
Look for the icon that looks a bit like a megaphone.
Hover over it with your mouse pointer and you’ll see a label that says Upcoming Features. Try It Now.
Click on the megaphone and this pane will open at the right.
You’ll see an explanation of the new feature available for a trial run. If you want to enable it, just slide the switch to the On position.
