Windows Night Light can help if you’re having trouble getting to sleep at night.
Video screens give off blue light. That can make it harder to fall asleep if you use your computer close to bedtime. When you activate the Night Light feature, the screen switches to a warmer glow.
Here’s how to use it:
Type Night Light into the search box and click on the result.
You can choose to turn it on immediately by clicking Turn on now. Adjust the strength by moving the slider bar.
Or turn on Schedule.
Choose Sunset to sunrise for your location or pick your own Set hours.
Click the box with the times.
Choose a time from the pop-up window.
