Check out my new Facebook avatar. You may have seen these images popping up on your friend’s Facebook comments and messages. Let’s learn how to make them.
Start by opening the Facebook app on your phone. Click the three-line menu icon at the top right.
The menu will open.
Scroll down to Avatars.
Then you can start customizing your avatar. Start with skin tone and head shape.
Swipe along the menu bar to see other options.
Customize hair.
Add lines to your face. Change eye color, add makeup, and even choose glasses.
Pick a body type and choose an outfit.
Once you finalize your avatar, click the share arrow.
Set your avatar as your profile picture or share on Facebook.
You’ll also be able to use your avatar as a sticker when you comment or send a message.
Tap the sticker icon on the comment or message window. Your avatar icon will pop up as an option.
Tap it and you can choose sticker reactions featuring your avatar.
