Getting used to a new program is a challenge. A reader is having a hard time navigating the Thunderbird email client.
I currently am using IncrediMail and even tho they have shut down their services, I can still use it but probably not for long (and I love it). I downloaded Thunderbird, which I’ll be using for my email, but I don’t know how to open my emails. When I click on any of them, nothing happens.
Learning curves are the worst, aren’t they? Most people consider Thunderbird to be pretty easy to use. However, there’s always an adjustment period for everything.
