Here’s a quick tip on how to check for software updates on your Mac. Start by clicking the Apple icon at the top left of your screen. Choose System Preferences from the drop-down menu.
System Preferences will open. Look for Software Update.
Or type Software Update into the search box at the top right.
If there are updates available, you’ll see a number next to the Software Update icon. Click to open.
Click on Update Now to begin the updates.
