If you have a subscription to Microsoft Office 365, you can share your subscription with up to 5 other people in your household.  The person you share with will be able to download and use Office and have their  OneDrive storage.

Open a browser on the PC where you want to do the installation and go to http://www.office.com. You’ll see a sign-in field. Use the email and password that was originally used when you purchased your Office subscription.

You’ll be taken to this page.

At the far top-right, click on the circle icon for your account. Then choose My Microsoft account.

Click on Microsoft 365 under Subscriptions.

At the top-right of the page, you’ll see how many shares you have remaining. To share, click on Share subscription.

Click on Start sharing.

You can invite someone via their email address or by generating a link and sending it to them in a message.

Make sure you let the person know ahead of time that the request is coming, so they don’t think it’s some type of scam. Also, don’t you ever click on an email like that unless you’ve confirmed with someone that they are sharing their subscription with you.

Once you’ve added someone, they’ll appear on your Share page. Click on Stop sharing if you wish to remove them.

It’s a pretty nice feature.
