When you pick the form you want, you’ll be whisked away to start filling it out. I love that the site walks you through the form by asking you questions. For example, I checked out the Bill of Sale form. It starts by asking for the State where the sale takes place, then it goes through all the other lines on the form (like name and address, buyer information, price, etc.
It also tallies the average amount of time it takes to fill out the form, so you can have a good estimate of whether you have time to complete it in one sitting.
Once you’re finished you can save, export, or print your form! It’s just that easy!

I am a retired lawyer. There are a number of online DIY form options. For simple matters, such as a bill of sale for tangible personal property, they might be all right. However, please don’t try anything that matters much. These sites are best friends to licensed attorneys. Some of them don’t ask the right questions. Sometimes consumers don’t really understand the significance of the questions and their answers. Especially in cases of documents such as wills, trusts agreements, deeds and others I could list, yes, you are saving money. Best save it up toward the fees for the expensive litigation to clean up the mess you made. Still true, “Penny wise, pound foolish.”
Regret this is not a free program nor is it easy to edit nor does the program always enter the correct information. I created a document , on the line for date of document I entered the date I was creating document but when I printed it the date it showed was Jan.1,1970 where it got that date I don’t know. I was not able to erase and correct the date. Definitely not satisfied.
