Microsoft is slowly ending all support for Internet Explorer and encouraging everyone to switch to Microsoft Edge. But there are still some sites and web apps out there that still need Internet Explorer to work properly.
Fortunately, there’s a setting in Microsoft Edge that allows you to open certain sites in Internet Explorer Mode. To make sure it’s turned on, follow this link: edge://settings/defaultBrowser
Make sure Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode is switched on.
You also have the option to decide when you use Internet Explorer to open sites in Edge. You can choose between Incompatible sites only, Never, and Always.
You need to restart the browser for it to take effect.
