Has your OneDrive Icon disappeared from its spot on the taskbar in Windows 10? That happened to me recently. That’s a problem because that’s a starting point for many directions for managing OneDrive.

Normally, you could easily get it back by right-clicking the taskbar and choosing Settings from the menu.

The click on Select which icons appear on the taskbar.

Then find OneDrive and slide it on. But what if, like you see here, the icon is just not there? We’re going to need to reset OneDrive. Here’s how.

Press the Windows key + R. This window will open.

Type in :
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

Then click OK. Your OneDrive icon may reappear in a couple of minutes. If it doesn’t, try typing this in:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe
In my case, that did the trick. The OneDrive icon returned. All I needed to do was click on it and log in.
