Have you heard about Microsoft Cloud Fonts? Cloud fonts are available to Microsoft 365 subscribers. They make sure your documents, spreadsheets, and slides look the same no matter what device you or another Office user view them on. Folks who’ve purchased the single installation versions of Office 2019 have access to them as well.

Here’s how to enable them. Open the document, spreadsheet, or presentation you’re working on and choose File from the menu ribbon.

Then select Account.

Choose Manage Settings under Account Privacy.

Tick the boxes to turn on Optional connected experiences.

Officer users who have this turned on will be able to try out the 5 new fonts Microsoft is testing out to select a new default font for Windows.

The choices are Tenorite. Bierstadt, Skeena, Seaford, and Grandview,

Just click the font menu in your document and search for the font or scroll down to find it.

Fonts you haven’t used yet will display with a little download icon next to them. Just click to download.
