If you have difficulty hearing audio alerts in Windows, you can turn on visual alerts. Click the Start button and choose Settings.
Then choose Ease of Access.
Select Audio.
Click the drop-down arrow under Show audio alerts visually.
Pick between a flash in the title bar, a flash in the active window, or the entire screen flashing.
