I found this free resource that helps people who want to quit smoking do so with a plan and coaching.
I sent this link off to them and got feedback that it was very helpful, so I thought I would share it with all of you just in case you were looking for support in your journey to quit smoking too.

I really like that they feature a section on preparing to quit because it’s not necessarily something that you should do without thought especially if you’ve been smoking a long time. You can even opt to chat online with a counselor to help create your plan.

They also have a section to help you plan the process of quitting. They also have sections on depression, eating healthy, and getting more active with exercise. There is also a guide to apps and social media that can help assist you in breaking the habit.
