Eat This Much is an app available from the Google Play Store, Apple’s AppStore, and the web. It helps you take control of your dieting plans by helping you figure out what to eat.

When you arrive you can test this out by filling in the blank about how many calories you want to eat a day across, then select the number of meals per day you want, and your food preferences. You’ll find options for popular diet plans like vegetarian, vegan, keto, and paleo.
Next, you’ll click the Generate button to get a customized meal plan for the day. If you scroll to the bottom of this page you’ll find a selection of frequently asked questions that cover eating out at restaurants, what kinds of diets it works for, and why you’d want to use it instead of a pen and pad of paper.
Once you create a free account, you can do a lot of customization like picking what kinds of foods you like, save meals, and get improved recommendations.
