Have you tried out the split screen feature on your Mac? If you’re using El Capitan or above, here’s how to do it.
Open the app. Here, I’ve opened the Safari browser.
Hover over that green button at the top left.
From the menu, choose to tile the program to the right or left side of the screen.
Open a second app. I’ve chosen Calendar. Hover over the green dot and choose the opposite direction of the first. The two programs will now share the screen.
Not every app is compatible with split screen, but most are.
