A reader commented on my article about printing from Gmail:
“I have no print icon. Gmail used to be friendly user but after so many upgrades it’s just not the same anymore.”
They included a screenshot.
I think your issue is that you haven’t actually opened the email. You’re viewing it grouped in the preview pane. Try positioning your cursor in the middle of the message and double-clicking to fully open.
Then you should see the print icon at the top of the message.
