Watch episodes: This is my favorite section of the site. This is where you can find video cuts of Julia’s television program. The videos take you through the complete recipe from start to finish. So there’s no margin for error and you can play it as many times as you want until you get it down. I particularly enjoyed watching the dessert recipes. I’ll warn you that only some of the videos are free. Others require that you’re a subscriber to PBS Passport.
