Mac Night Shift

Apple offers a neat feature for your Mac that can give your eyes a much-needed break at the end of the day. Night Shift tones down the blue-toned lights of your screen for warmer colors in the evenings. Here’s how to activate.

Click the Apple icon at the top left of your desktop and choose System Preferences.

Choose Displays.

Click the Night Shift tab.

Click the drop-down menu next to Schedule.

You can turn Night Shift on from sunset to sunrise.

Or create your own schedule. You also have the option to turn it on manually until the morning.

Use the slider bar to adjust the color temperature of the light.
