Task Manager is Windows 11 is familiar, but it does have a new clean look that’s in line with the current interface for Windows 11. To open, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc or type Task Manager in the search box and click on the result.

You’ll notice that items that once displayed as tabs are now on a side menu.

The most common reason folks open this app is to close an app that seems to be frozen. To do that, click on Processes, select the troublesome app, and choose End task at the top.

Perhaps it’s just me, however, the other way seemed to be fewer steps and simply more visibly available.
