A reader just downloaded a program I recommended and is now having trouble finding it.
“I’ve downloaded LicenseCrawler but cannot find it on my computer. Can you help please?“
This tip will work for finding pretty much any downloaded program, just substitute the name of the program you’re looking for for LicenseCrawler.
If you haven’t installed the program yet, check your download folders for the installation file. Just click to being installation.
If you have already successfully installed a program, you can look for it in your Windows search box. Type in the name of the program and click on the result to open. (for LicenseCrawler make sure you are typing it as one word)
Or type Add or remove programs into the search box and click on the result.
Then search installed apps for the program or sort by date installed to view recently installed programs.
