How to force quit a Mac program

Here’s a handy tip for those new to using the Mac operating system. If you’re a Windows user you probably know that pretty Ctrl + Alt + Delete will bring up the Task Manager and allow you quite a program that’s frozen.

The command is just slightly different on your Mac. Press command + alt + esc.

This window will open. Select the program you wish to quit. Click on Relaunch.

That should restart the program.
