A reader is having a problem with his browser.
“All of a sudden, I can’t open Chrome. All I get is a bar on my desktop about 1 inch high with some of my favorites but can’t open my Gmail or apps”
Good news. This should be a super-quick fix!
Hover your mouse over the Chrome icon on your task bar and then right-click.
Right-click on the thumbnail and a menu will appear. Choose Maximize from the pop-up menu. That should restore your screen.
I’ve been using Chrome for many years but recently updated to Windows 11 and since my computer keeps freezing up I have done everything possible to fix this to no avail, since then I started using Brave browser and I’m very happy with it.
