I’m part of the Microsoft Insiders program, and I get first look at many new Windows features, like the upcoming upgrades to Paint!
One of the biggest changes is that Paint now supports working in multiple layers, just like Photoshop! Let’s take a look at how to use the new features. You may not have this feature yet, but it’s coming. When you open Paint, look on the right for the Layers option.
Click the Layers button.
The Layers pane will appear on the right.
To add additional layers, just click the + sign.
You can add text, shapes, and other images to the layers.
You’ll also be able to duplicate, hide, and merge layers together.
