A reader had a question about an article I wrote about switching settings in Outlook Email Online.

I think I can. Looking at your screenshot, I can tell that’s because you’re using the Outlook email client program and not Outlook Mail online in a browser. To find settings in your app, click the File tab at the top,
Click on Info at the left.
You’ll see all of your various account and mailbox settings in the pane at the right.
