Microsoft: Give Outlook.com A Chance, You’ll Love It

Microsoft has completed switching Hotmail accounts to Outlook.com. The switch involved 300 million active Hotmail accounts and migrating 150 petabytes of e-mail in 6 weeks. Not all users have been happy with the switch and Microsoft acknowledged the complaints in a blog post, but insisted that once users become familiar with Outlook.com, they will love it.

Questions: I had Hotmail and they Switched me to Outlook and I have had nothing but trouble since. I have tried to download Flash Player I don't know how many times and when I am through downloading it will tell me it is installed, but most every video I play will come up and say I need Flash Player.
