Firefox Display Problem, Help!

Amy Jo from Sandusky, OH writes:

I’m having trouble getting some web pages we use at work to display properly in Firefox. They used to work and they will display in Internet Explorer. But the pages don’t work as well in Internet Explorer. I can see part of the page, but crucial fields for work won’t display. I’m using Mozilla 14.  Any ideas?

Amy Jo, look up in the right corner. Do you see a little icon by the address bar that looks like a shield. Click on it. Firefox is blocking content that it isn’t too sure about.

If you know the content is safe, select the drop-down menu by Keep blocking and choose Disable Protection on This Page.

Refresh and you should then be able to view the required fields.
