If you’ve got a Windows 10 app that’s acting up, there may be a simple solution. Photo App not offering the proper options? Mail App acting weird? Can’t open the Windows Store?
Here’s something to try. Click here to head over the page for the troubleshooter for Windows apps. Click on Run troubleshooter.
The program will download to your Downloads folder. Double-click to launch.
You’ll then be alerted to any issues that it finds.
In some cases, you may need to restart your PC.
After restarting, check out the app you’ve been having issues with. If the problem hasn’t been resolved, it’s time to move on to looking for other solutions.
