If you’re still using Office 2007, it’s time to upgrade to a newer version of Office or find an alternative program.
Extended Support for Office 2007 ends on October 10th. This kill date affects a long list of Office related products. This means no more security updates or bug fixes for these products. This is a big issue because Office documents and spreadsheets are one of the more popular ways to spread ransomware and malware. Systems with these programs installed are not safe to use online.
