You know I love to rely on music to help me either focus or relax! Well, I found this great site, Music for the Brain, that offers you music designed to do specifically that!

It offers you music that will help you Focus, Relax, Meditate, Nap, and Sleep composed by AI (artificial intelligence). When you arrive at the site, all you have to do to get started is click the start listening now button. This will take you to a sign-up form where you’ll fill in the pertinent details and start listening.

I’ve been using the Focus while writing today and feel like I’ve gotten a lot done. Once you’ve started listening, you’ll find a player bar at the bottom of the page that offers you the option of selecting how long you want to listen – 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours, an option to loop, and an option to skip a track.

At the top of the screen, you’ll find navigation options for Home, Explore, Learn, and Settings. If you click on the Learn option, you can find out more about how to use the music to focus, relax, meditate, or sleep.
