We’ve been talking about Chrome’s new look this week. One nice new feature is the ability to customize the shortcuts pictured on the New tab page.
When you open a new tab in Chrome, the shortcuts below the search box show your most frequently visited pages. Now, you’ll be able to customize the page to show your favorite sites.
To change a shortcut, hover over it with a cursor until you see a three-dot menu option.
You can type in the name of a new shortcut and add the URL or you can select Remove.
To add a shortcut, click the + button.
Type in the name and web address of the shortcut.
To restore the default shortcuts, click the gear at the bottom-right of the page.
Select Restore default shortcuts.
