If you’ve received the latest Windows system update, there’s a new option for customizing apps that you’ll want to check out. The new Dark Mode gives apps a fresh look that can be easier on the eyes. Here’s how it works.
Start by opening Settings.
Then choose Personalization.
Select Colors.
Your color options will open.
Scroll down to the bottom and tick Dark under Choose your default app mode.
The background for your apps will now be dark.
Here’s an example of what File Manager will look like with these new settings.
I like the look. If you don’t, turning it back is as easy as ticking the box next to Light.
