If you use Microsoft’s Outlook email service, it’s pretty easy to change the look of your inbox. (This article refers to the online inbox of your Outlook.com email, not the Outlook email client that comes as part of Office.)
Start by opening a browser and heading to your inbox.
Click the gear icon at the top right of the inbox.
The Settings menu will pop out.
Your first option is to change the theme.
Just click to change the theme. Here’s the rainbow theme.
Click on View all to see more theme options.
The next option is to choose between light and dark modes.
Here’s the inbox in dark mode. Some themes are unavailable in dark mode.
And in the lighter mode.
Some themes are unavailable in dark mode.
