Control Hot Corners With This Trick

Yesterday I showed you a neat trick for your Mac called Hot Corners. Mac Hot Corners allow you set up your computer so that specific tasks happen when you hover your mouse in a corner of the desktop.

However, some folks have an issue with accidentally activating Hot Corners when they hover their mouse too close to a desktop corner. Here’s how to take care of that.

You’ll need to take this step when you set up your Hot Corners. You can click here to learn the steps for that.

Hold down the Option or Command key while you set up your Hot Corner.

You’ll see the symbol for the key next to the task when you’re selecting it.

Then click OK.

Now, you’ll need to press the selected key for Hot Corners to be active.
