The latest update to Mac OS is here, Big Sur. It comes with a bold, colorful, new look.
The dock now appears to be floating at the bottom and is translucent to let your background show through.
The new Notification Center at the top-right combines notifications and widgets in one convenient place.
The menu bar at the top is now thicker and more translucent.
You’ll notice windows and icons now have a rounded edge and the Safari browser has a brand new look as well. There are also brand-new system sounds.
When you open your Mac, you should see a notification to upgrade. Just click it.
Then follow instructions. The process of installing and upgrading will take some time and you can’t use your computer while it’s happening.
