You know I love learning, and if you’ve been following the Cool Site section for any length of time you’ve probably figured out that I like learning about wide array of topics. So when I discovered this site that offers courses in my inbox where I can learn about different topics, I signed up immediately!

Highbrow is a subscription service that costs $60 a year for a wide array of courses. But you can try it for free for 30 days.

When you arrive at the site, I suggest scrolling down the page and checking out what they say the offer. Then click the Browse Courses button, so you can see if there are any topics you want to learn more about.

When you find one you are interested in click on it to learn more.

You’ll get a course description, find out the duration, time, format, and source. When you’re ready to sign up click the Start Course button.

This is where you sign up for the 30-day free trial. You’ll fill out a form with your e-mail address, name, the course will be filled in, and then you set a start date. You can choose any date ranging from tomorrow or later.

Right now I’m enrolled in the Being and Staying Productive course, because I need the help and encouragement to stay on track with my thesis. It spans 16 days and should take roughly five minutes a day to complete.

There are so many more that I want to take though! I’ve already picked out my follow up courses: Mind-Expanding Articles on Philosophy and The Most Powerful Empires in History.

What will you choose to learn more about? Go find out /
