Scoop.it!

Scoop.it! is a site that allows you to curate content from across the web, and then turn it into your own newsletter that you can share with your friends, family, or even employees/co-workers.

If you scroll down the page, you will find detailed information on how the site works. Basically  you curate content, or scoop it, and then you can take the content you like and publish it sort of like a newsletter on your topic page. After that you can share your scoops on your blog or your favorite social media outlets.

To create an account, you can log in with Facebook or Twitter or sign up by giving some basic information and an email address.

Then explain what you’ll be using the site for.

You’ll receive an email confirmation. Then it’s time to get started. Pick the topics that interest you.

Now you’re ready to get started. I suggest checking out this helpful step-by-step video that explains how it all works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyQrUcjaHNs

I was thinking it would be a great way to curate information on different literary theories and then share it with my cohort in graduate school easily.

I hope you’ll check it out and try scooping your own content today!
