Needs some assistance with Facebook? There’s a quick way to find help right there on your page. Here’s how to find it. Just click the arrow at the top right and choose Help & support from the drop-down menu.
The Help & Support Center will open.
Click on Help Center and you’ll see popular topics and a search box where you can type in your problem to look for answers. Click on Account Settings, Groups, Login and Password, Privacy and Securty, and Pages to see frequently asked questions on those topics.
Click on Support Inbox to get updates on things you’ve reported to Facebook or to read and reply to messages from the Help Team. To report a problem with a Facebook feature to abusive content, choose Report a Problem.
If you see an issue on Facebook, you can click on Report a Problem.
You can offer Facebook feedback about the service or report broken features.
